Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. is a pure-play nitrogen fertilizer company formed by Rentech, Inc. as a publicly traded master limited partnership. Our facility can produce up to 830 tons of ammonia per day and we have an expansion project underway to increase ammonia capacity to approximately 1,022 tons per day. Our facility has the flexibility to vary our product mix significantly, which permits us to upgrade our ammonia production into varying amounts of UAN, nitric acid and liquid and granular urea each season, depending on market demand, pricing and storage availability.

Rentech Nitrogen Partners trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "RNF." Rentech serves as the non-economic general partner of Rentech Nitrogen and indirectly owns the majority of the common units representing limited partnership interests in Rentech Nitrogen Partners.
